The fastenings provided by Polnebo are protected with anti rust layers ,the covering is applied using a unique method of integration. Instead of applying a protective coat at the top of the material the covering with Aluminum-Zinc is used ,this is integrated in the carbon steel area, combining the cover and raw materials into a whole.

MASTER FLASH

Master Flash is an antenna inlet which is applied on all profiled sheet surfaces covering the frameworks. The elastic base Master Flash has been designed so that the sealing collar is able to be fixed on roofs of any configuration, inclination, irrespective of where the pipe will be. Because the Master Flash is flexible and has a resistance to breakage and spliting , it attenuates the vibrations and the movement of the pipe caused by dilation and contracting, and it also protects against snow .

PAINT FOR PROFILEd SHEET

High quality paint for metal roofs maintenance and also for maintenance of metal surfaces coated with plastisol or any paint based on polyester and polyurethane.
Painted surfaces should be cleaned with a substance which removes traces of grease, and other impurities.Secure work environment from dust. Shake before using heavily for about 2 min.. Perform the test spray. When you use should also from time to time shake the container. Spraying is done from a distance of approximately 30 cm. For a good coverage with paint is recommended the spraying in 2 to 3 thin layers at an interval of 15-30 minutes. At the end of work, after painting, for cleaning the spraying nozzle , hold nozzle head down and spray a little.
